FOUNDER

Sheilesh is AWL's founder. Also known as Shi, from the moment he wakes to the moment he sleeps, he is passionate about natural skincare and the benefits of plant based ingredients for our internal health as well as our skin. Shi's love of plants comes from his father, Maganlal, an Ayurvedic practitioner who founded Fudco, a global supplier of the finest Indian nuts and spices. After the sale of the business in December of 2021, Shi founded AWL.

BRAND DIRECTOR

Tanya is AWL's Brand Director. She leads our team’s endeavours by steering us in the right direction at all times, whilst leading our US market expansion. In her free time, Tanya loves spending time with her husband Sammy and exploring California where she has recently relocated to. Tanya is particularly famed within the company for her listening skills and ability to impart words of wisdom.

SENIOR COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Reshma is AWL's Senior Commerical Manager. She manages our key accounts in the UK and UAE. When she's not being a supehero mum, Reshma spends her days cooking up delicious feasts for all her family and friends, relaxing with her husband Charles, and being a member of the Oshwal community.

SALES AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Jignesh is AWL's Sales and Accounts Manager and our in-house spiritual guru. Jigu is often the first person in the office and the last one out, and is highly respected in the company for his devotion to Hinduism. A devotee of Shree Swaminarayan Mandir in London, Jigu spends his time outside of work practising daily Yoga and volunteering at our local Shree Swaminarayan Temple, one of the most beautiful temples outside of India and one which we highly recommend visiting, no matter your faith as all are welcome.

BRAND EXECUTIVE

Amber is AWL's Brand Executive. She manages all aspects of Marketing, assists with eCommerce development and lends a helping hand to everyone in the office whether it be sales, new product development or training. Amber studied global prosperity at UCL, steering her path to join a sustainable, eco-conscious company like ours. In her free time, Amber enjoys traveling with her friends, drawing and taking lots of naps.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Aldrin is AWL's Operations Manager. He leads our production schedules, payroll, and warehouse stock management within the UK and beyond, managing our entire supply chain and inventory. Originally from Goa, Aldrin enjoys spending time with his two young daughters and his wife, and is pictured here with his wife on their last holiday.

SALES MANAGER

Aydin is AWL's Sales Manager. He's our out-of-office comedian; when he's not cracking a joke with Shi, he's usually on the road making sure every AWL retail display looks perfect. Aydin's a family man and loves a good summery holiday getaway. Aydin worked with Fudco for 28 years, looking after the independent retail market and multiple stores sector.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Maria is AWL's Warehouse Manager, and is the first friendly face the team greet every morning when they arrive at our Head Office. Softly spoken, kind-hearted and generous, Maria is a gentle presence in AWL's warehouse with a smile that lights up the room! Outside of work, Maria is the mother of twin daughters and is originally from Goa, where she regularly returns on family holidays.

Romaldo helps keep AWL's warehouse running, making sure orders are picked and packed on time. Before moving to London, Romaldo gained a degree in Electrical Engineering in India, and his hobbies include listening to music, especially Konkoni songs!

Darcy is AWL’s ECommerce Manager. He manages our brand websites, making sure they look and feel groovy for an optimal customer experience. Originally from New Zealand, Darcy studied product design at the Auckland University of Technology. In his free time, you can find Darcy snowboarding across the world, hiking through Europe and playing football with his mates in East London.

Daniela is AWL's Customer Relationship Executive. She friendly supports our customers by sharing the love for our brands. She's Italian, speaks Spanish and likes Latin Fitness, every now and again you can find her on the dance floor, spicing up the night with some Salsa.

Meet Kiara, our awesome Social Media & Communications whiz! She's the creative force behind our online vibe, making sure things are both cool and connected.
