Meet the Founder, Sheilesh Shah
Sheilesh has always been fascinated by the holistic benefits of Ayurveda. Sheilesh credits his father, Maganlal, for inspiring this love of traditional herbal plants within him. Sheilesh is highly regarded in the British-Asian business community for his thirty years as Managing Director and Partner of global ethnic foods company Fudco. Originally founded by his father Maganlal in 1978, Sheilesh headed the company from 1991 until 2021. In 2021, the foods division under FUDCO was sold to Vibrant Foods and Sheilesh retained ownership of his three natural health and beauty brands under the newly formed Ayurveda Wellness Limited. We are proud to promote diversity in business and are certified as an Ethnic Minority-owned Business. Abhinandan Katharwani
He leads the e-commerce and marketplace strategy for Ayumi and Urban Veda across Amazon UK, EU and US, as well as major UK retailers. He oversees PPC performance, SEO listings, A+ content, and multi-platform inventory. Drives growth and performance across Shopify and a wide network of online retail partners.

He is AWL’s Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing production schedules, payroll, and warehouse stock management across the UK and beyond. He manages the company’s entire supply chain and inventory with precision and dedication, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly and efficiently.
